Social justice is a practice of radical love - of ourselves, each other, and our world. It starts with intentional internal work that manifests into the convictions, consciousness, and competencies necessary to create the free and just communities that we all deserve. We help individuals and institutions to do that work.
Conscious Consulting exists to cultivate critically conscious, culturally responsive collectives that combat systemic and educational inequity and create freedoms for all.
Fear works to obstruct freedom and fear's dominance is the root of oppression. The counter to fear is love. Radical love is what we do.
