Social justice is a practice of radical love - of ourselves, each other, and our world. It starts with intentional internal work that manifests into the convictions, consciousness, and competencies necessary to recreate our external world into the equitable environment we deserve to live in. Conscious Consulting supports individuals and institutions to do that work.

Our world is in a state of extreme imbalance due to the dominance of the energy of fear. Fear is the root of oppression and the main tool of its maintenance. The only counter to fear is love. That is our core.

We support individuals and institutions committed to combatting educational inequity and/or systemic oppression by providing coaching, curriculum, classes and collaborative design support. Ultimately, we cultivate critically conscious, culturally responsive educators and professionals who work for the empowerment of students, communities, and society.
